CARES Act –Coronavirus legislation recently passed by Congress – established immediate relief for our small businesses in crisis. Small businesses and eligible nonprofit organizations, Veterans organizations, and Tribal businesses described in the Small Business Act, as well as individuals who are self-employed or are independent contractors, are eligible if they also meet program size standards. NOTE THE 1st DATE: on the 15th of the month beginning at 8 AM. Reservations for a field one day a week can be made at the Parks and Recreation Administration office. Priority will be given to Conroe residents between 8 AM – 12 Noon. Non residents are welcome to reserve anytime after 12 Noon. Walk-Ins will be scheduled first, then fax and email will be scheduled in the order received if there is a valid credit card on file to pay for the charges. Phone requests are not accepted. You must submit a signed Field Request Form.
NOTE THE 2nd DATE: on the 22nd a second day a week may be reserved (based on availability) beginning at 8 a.m. for Conroe residents and 12 pm for non residents. RESERVE: Print and complete a Field Request Form, by clicking here or visit our office at the Parks and Recreation Administration Building located at 1504 Parkwood West.
PAY FEES: Payment is due at the time of the reservation. A $50 refundable deposit is required.
CHANGE POLICY – All CHANGES TO PERMITS MUST BE REQUESTED THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE RESERVATION DATE. This includes initiating a new permit, requesting lights, field prep and cancellations.
Permit holders must have their permits at time of field use.
