CARES Act –Coronavirus legislation recently passed by Congress – established immediate relief for our small businesses in crisis. Small businesses and eligible nonprofit organizations, Veterans organizations, and Tribal businesses described in the Small Business Act, as well as individuals who are self-employed or are independent contractors, are eligible if they also meet program size standards. If you failed to appear on the due date of your citation, or failed to comply with an agreement with the court, your citations may become warrants. If your citation becomes a warrant, you may contact a warrant officer to make arrangements at 936-522-3380, option 4.  You may also appear before the Judge on either Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. or Thursday at 2:00 p.m. the first three weeks of the month.
