The Conroe Tower is a 58,000 + square foot office center located in the heart of downtown Conroe. The City of Conroe purchased the six story building from Bank of America (Nations Bank at the time) in 1995 for use as city hall. The purchase gave the City the room it needed to house its growing staff and the ability to remain downtown for the convenience of the citizens.

The City occupies just over 40,000 square feet of space in the building. Almost all of the administrative offices are in the building and most city business is conducted there. The remainder of the space is leased as professional office suites to 14 tenants. The tenants provide enough income to offset approximately one half of the buildings operating costs.

The Top of the Tower is a meeting room/banquet facility located on the sixth floor of the Conroe Tower. The 2,700 square feet space offers a spectacular panoramic view of Conroe and is ideal for business meetings, training sessions, receptions and banquets. The room can accommodate 135 people (MAX) seated for dinner or reception. The facilities include a projection screen, podium, full kitchen and tables (60 " round and 36" X 96" rectangle) and chairs.

   

 

General Information related to leasing:

No Smoking is strictly enforced. Alcohol is permitted. You must furnish your own linens. No open flames of any kind. Lessee is responsible for setting up tables and chairs as well as take down at the finish of the event. Lessee may have any form of catering they choose. Lessee must perform general cleanup before leaving.

RENTAL RATES:

(Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) $575.00 Rental Fee

(Monday-Thursday) $250.00 Rental Fee

Special Rates for NON-PROFITS

$250.00 Deposit for Damages (refunded after event and inspection)

Security is required at $40.00 per hour, per officer. For number of officers required and total cost please contact the leasing agent (936)522-3033.
