Below is a list of the new Permits issued and/or Projects that have come into the City for 2019. Exciting projects like new restaurants, big development like Projects in Conroe’s Industrial Park North, and single family development are all on this list. This list is intended to provide exciting news to our Citizens and it is not all-inclusive of every Permit issued or every Project moving forward in Conroe. Further, just because Permits may be issued or approved, it does not mean that the Project will turn dirt immediately nor does it indicate a potential completion date.
