Paul VirgadamoPaul Virgadamo, Jr. has been employed by the City of Conroe since February 17, 1997 starting as the Director of Parks and Recreation, was appointed Assistant City Administrator in 2005 and in April 2010 was appointed the City Administrator. Previously he was employed for 17 years as an Administrative Superintendent to Harris County Precinct Two Commissioner Jim Fonteno.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation and Parks Administration with a minor study in Business from Texas A & M University in 1985. He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager. He was married in 1987 to Stephanie and they have three children Candace, Helen and Trey. He is currently a member of the Conroe Noon's Lions Club and serves on the Montgomery County 911 Board of Directors, Greater Conroe Economic Development Committee, and is President of the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation. He is a past board member of the Chamber Tourist Council, Friends of Conroe, the Texas Municipal League (TML), Texas Recreation and Parks Society (TRAPS) and is past president of Texas Municipal Parks, Recreation and Tourism Association. Paul is a member of International City Managers Association (ICMA) National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA), Texas Recreation and Parks Society (TRAPS), Texas City Management Association (TCMA), and Texas Municipal Parks Recreation and Tourism Association (TMPRTA). Paul and his family attend Crossroads Baptist Church.
