Any plat-related submittal must be accompanied by a completed submittal receipt, with a list of all submitted items detailed in the "COMMENTS" section.

Note: Application fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and generally distinct from county clerk recording fees. Application fees will be charged in accordance with Appendix A of City of Conroe ordinances, as posted in the updated fee chart.
