Pre-developmentPre-development Meetings minimize development planning costs and help to ensure compliance through pre-consultation with the development staff. Pre-development meetings are required for both Commercial and Residential developments.

(Effective 2012 Schedule Date is February 6, 2012) Commercial Any commercial developments within the City Limits & Planning Area must be prepared by a Licensed Professional Engineer and submitted to the Engineering Division.
