The Engineering Division performs a variety of technical engineering work to ensure that public and private infrastructure is analyzed, designed, constructed and inspected in accordance with City Codes, policies, standards and regulations.  The Division administers the City's Floodplain Management Ordinances and serves as the City's Floodplain Administrator.
