Fitness Classes
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: Body Sculpt A great workout….without all the sweat. Muscle groups in the arms, back, chest, legs, etc. and floor exercises tone problem areas such as hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.
Boot Camp Cardio
Strengthening the heart and the rest of the cardio vascular system by keeping the heart rate up at a consistent level for an average of 35 minutes. Starting with a warm up and ending with a cool down after the class.
Core & More
Intensive workout of your Body core by focusing on your abdominal and Back Muscles, and also incorporating strength and Balance.
Pi Yo Resitance Training
Utilizing loaded weight training equipment and simple athletic moves; you will chisel your body and define every major muscle group by working to overload the muscles. All fitness levels welcome.
Power Pilates
Power Pilates is a challenging intermediate-level mat and standing class suitable for those proficient with basic Pilates exercises. You will strengthen and tone your entire body while focusing on core abdominal muscles during this no-impact workout.
Senior Adult
A very low impact aerobic class, designed with special consideration for the senior population and includes cardiovascular, flexibility, and strengthening segments that may be performed standing or in a seated position.
Spin Class (water bottle and towel required)
A guided intense indoor cycling class. This all-level cario ride class will burn more claories than ever and have you sweating those inches away.
Turbo Kick
This electric fusion of martial arts and boxing movement will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence!
Zumba
If you enjoy moving and shaking your hips to a Latin beat, you'll love this workout. No partners are needed and regular tennis shoes are recommended. Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia and more! This is more of a party than a workout! Don’t miss it! Suitable for all levels.
Zumba Toning
All the excitement of Zumba has just been amp’d up with the addition of Zumba Toning, which blends body-sculpting techniques and Zumba fun into a calorie-burning, strength-training class.
