2018 Annexation Information:

Though the City has proposed several annexations through-out 2018, only the below annexations are moving forward. These are direct annexations, which means, they will come to conclusion and be annexed into the City of Conroe by the end of 2018 if the City Council approves the annexation. Below is the Official Public Notice for these annexations. Public Hearings will be held Wednesday, November 07, 2018 at 2:00 PM and Thursday, November 08, 2018 at 6:00 PM. No other annexations will be considered at that time. See the below notice for further details.

2018-04 -- Judy Campbell Tract 610 Acres

2018-05 -- Barton Woods Tract 6,701 Acres

2018-06 -- Cameron Maxedon Tract 173,754 Acres

3- Year Planned Annexations:

The City removed four parcels of land from the City's 3-Year Annexation Plan: Carriage Hills, Lake Conroe Village, Lakewood Estates, and Riverbrook - Forest Hills. At this time, the City does not anticipate moving forward with any 3-Year Planned Annexations. Below are the City Ordinances adopted by the City Council officially removing these parcels of land from the 3-Year Annexation Plan.
