Payment Kiosk

The Municipal Court has a payment kiosk, located outside of the court office entrance. You may make your payments at the kiosk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pay in full

If you enter a plea of Guilty or No Contest you may pay the “Window Fine” without having to come to court. If you appear before the judge on a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon at 2 PM, he has the option to adjust the fine amount and to discuss payment options if you cannot pay in full.

You may also mail your payment in. If you are mailing the payment, it must be post marked by the arraignment date, (due date) at the bottom of your citation. Please sign the back of the pink copy making your plea and mail with your payment to, Conroe Municipal Court, 2300 Plantation Drive, Conroe, Texas  77303. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. You may request a receipt of your payment by including a note stating so. If we do not receive such note we will not mail back a receipt.

Payment Plan

In order to request a payment plan you must appear in person on your arraignment date and make your request. If the court grants the request you will be required to make your plea and sign the contract assuring your payments to the court. A $25.00 time payment plan fee will be added to each charge placed on the payment plan. You will receive a copy of the payment plan and this will need to be brought with you each time you make your payment. If you mail in your payment you must write the citation number on your check or money order in order for the court to process your payment.

Extension of time to pay

You must appear on or before your arraignment date to make a request to the court for an extension of time to pay your fine. If the court accepts your request, you will be required to sign an extension form and this form must be returned with your payment on the new date given.
