The Engineering Division is charged with the maintenance and enforcement of the City's floodplain and floodway ordinances as mandated by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).  The City Engineer operates in the capacity of the Certified Floodplain Administrator (CFM).

If your property is located within the City Limits of Conroe, you may request a Floodplain Letter from the City to aide in identifying if your parcel is affected by the 100-year Floodplain.
