JOB SUMMARY AND PRINCIPAL DUTIES:  

Enforce animal and rabies control ordinances and licensing regulations within the municipality.

                KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Physically able to run and chase animals.
• Ability to work out-of-doors in all types of weather.
• Ability to work for long periods of time in a smoke free workplace.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass rigorous background investigation.
• Knowledge of local geographic area.
• Physically able to run and chase animals
• Lift and carry weights of 50 - 60 pounds.
