Under the leadership of Director Guy D. Andrews, the Community Development department recognizes the connection between community's built and natural environment. The department provides efficient professional assistance to ensure responsible development practices that shall respect the natural landscape, cross-timbers, bottomland, floodplains, and all that it supports.  Daily operations are performed within the following functional divisions:

All divisions are located on the first floor of Conroe Tower, at 300 West Davis, Conroe, Texas 77301.   Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
