PT MAIL ROOM CLERK
Salary: Grade 56 $11.09/hr - $ 13.86/hr
Application Period - May 9, 2008- Until Filled
JOB SUMMARY AND PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Handles all incoming calls and provides general receptionist duties. Sort and handle all incoming and outgoing mail. Answer general inquiries. Attendance is an essential job function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong communication skills.

Ability to sit for a long span of time in a small (5x5) area.

Must be able to reach, bend and lift packages and articles up to 75 pounds.

Computer skills with Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED.

General clerical skills.

Previous switchboard experience preferred.

Prior customer service or public contact experience.
