The Activity Ctr. will be unavailable for reservations during Jan. through May 2011 due to renovations. 

The Activity Center has a large banquet room with a stage that can accommodate up to 216 people.  This large room is excellent for wedding receptions, birthdays and family reunions.  Parking is available.

Also available for rentals is a kitchen and two smaller meeting rooms.  The two meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 people each. 

The large room rents for $50/hr Conroe Resident and $63/hr Non-Resident (2 hr. minimum required)  There is a $100 deposit and if there are more than 100 people, security personnel is required.  10 Tables and 60 chairs are included in the rental.  Additional tables can be rented for $5 each.  Additional chairs can be rented for $1 each (limited to supply on hand). 

Activity Center rooms are available from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight Saturday and Sunday and weekdays, when available.
