Construction Inspection

The division conducts inspections for all public infrastructure improvements to ensure that construction is in accordance with all plans, specifications and permits.

Floodplain Management 

The division is responsible for administering the City's ordinances and assisting the public with Letter Of Map Amendment (LOMA) and Letter Of Map Revision (LOMR) applications.  Click here to view the City's Floodplain Management information.

Record Keeping

The division is also responsible for maintaining city records related to water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, storm water detention, streets, traffic control, and City benchmark elevations.
