Residential Subdivision (Engineering) Plans
Any residential developments within the City Limits & Planning Area must be prepared by a Licensed Professional Engineer and submitted for approval by the Engineering Office. The following is a listing of the various stages of residential planning along with links to their applicable forms, checklist, and applications:
Pre-development Meeting - Minimizes development planning costs and helps to ensure compliance through pre-consultation with the engineering staff. Pre-development meetings are strongly encouraged, but not required.
Preliminary Plat Submittal - Must be approved or conditionally approved prior to Subdivision Plan submittal.
Subdivision Plan Submittal - Following Preliminary Plat submittal the Subdivision Plan may be submitted to the office of the City Engineer for review and approval. Final approval constitutes recognition that the plans meet all conditions and City requirements and all other government agencies as applicable.
