Commercial Site Plans
Any commercial developments within the City Limits & Planning Area must be prepared by a Licensed Professional Engineer and submitted for approval by the Engineering Office. The following is a listing of the various stages of site planning along with links to their applicable forms, checklist, and applications:
Pre-development Meeting - Minimizes development planning costs and helps to ensure compliance through pre-consultation with the engineering staff. Pre-development meetings are strongly encouraged, but not required.
Plat Submittal - Contact Community Development Department to verify if plat submittal will be required prior to Commercial Plan submittal.
Plan Submittal - Following a pre-development meeting the Commercial Site Plan may be submitted to the office of the City Engineer for review and approval. Final approval constitutes recognition that the plans meet all conditions and City requirements and all other government agencies as applicable.
