The Engineering Division functions as the City's plan review agency.  They perform a variety of technical engineering work to ensure that public and private infrastructure is analyzed, designed, constructed and inspected in accordance with state and federal requirements, City Code, policies, standards and regulations. 

Development Procedures 

All land development request including site plans, site plan amendments, subdivision plans, subdivision amendments, preliminary plats, final plats, replats, vacating plats and minor   plats require formal submittal to the City, review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City Council.  Your development application will be reviewed and approved in the most timely manner if you adhere to the procedures in the article index.
