TERMS OF USE

1. Consent to Terms by Use of Site.This site is published and maintained by the City of Conroe, Texas, a Texas home rule municipality. By using the site (other than to read these terms of use for the first time) you, the User, agree to be bound by and comply with these terms.

2. Right to Change Terms or Content. The City reserves the right, at any time to change the Terms of Use or to alter the content of the site or the manner in which site access is provided. Notice of any changes shall be considered given when any altered Terms of Use, or other alterations of content are posted on this site. Any subsequent use of the site by User shall be considered to constitute User's consent to such altered Terms of Use or content.

NEITHER CITY, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNITERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY THIS SITE, NOR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CURRENCY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR PROVIDED ON THE SITE.

d. IN NO EVENT WILL CITY, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, POSTING OR MAINTAINING THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE.

e. User may download copyrighted materials for your personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material will be permitted without the consent of City and the owner of the copyrighted materials. User acknowledges that it does not gain any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted materials.

Communications made to the City or its officials, officers or employees via e-mail or form messaging systems do not constitute legal notice with respect to any existing or potential claim or cause of action.
