JOB SUMMARY AND PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

This position performs ordinary labor-intensive tasks related to street maintenance and construction. Assist the operator/driver as needed to complete work assignment. Operate various small equipment and large vehicles as directed by supervisor. Perform routine maintenance to equipment on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum 12 months experience in construction and/or repair of streets, drainage, highways and the operation of heavy equipment.
3. Negative drug screen and job related doctor's physical.
4. Posses a valid Texas Class "C" Drivers License, PREFER Class "B" Commercial Drivers License.
5. Lift weights of one hundred pounds frequently.
