Online bill payments coming soon! Starting Monday January 3, 2011, the Permits Division will no longer be accepting credit card payments in the office. Credit Card payments will be accepted only through the City's new online payment application hosted by JP Morgan Chase.  Customers will be directed to make credit card payments via the internet or to make a credit card payment over the phone, a toll free number will be available to process a phone transaction.  In addition, a computer terminal will be available in the lobby area for customers to make online payments at City Hall. The online payment application will be located on the City website under the "Online Services" link.  Please note that all credit card transactions made online or by phone will be assessed a convenience fee.
