ACTIVITY CENTER RENTAL AGREEMENT AMENITIES: *5000 square foot Large Room with Kitchen
The large room is excellent for wedding receptions, birthdays and family reunions up to 216 people.
The large room includes 10 tables and 60 chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental .
The kitchen includes ample counterspace and island, double sink, refrigerator, microwave, and 30"x72" warmer appliance with multiple drawers.
2-hour minimum rental time required. Other restrictions apply. See Rental Agreement above.
Large Room and Kitchen:
$63/hour for non-residents
$50/hour for Conroe resident (within the City limits).
$100 deposit required to make reservation.
*3 Small Rooms
Each small room can accommodate up to 30 people.
The classrooms are ideal for small meetings, birthday parties, or classes.
Classroom includes 2 tables and 12 chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental.
*Parking
Parking is available, and will be expanded by approximately October, 2011.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY The Activity Center is available to rent from 8:00 a.m. to midnight every day, on a first-come first-serve basis.
