"STRIVING TO MAKE AN IMPACT"
The Conroe Municipal Court is dedicated to assisting the public with the Court process on handling class C misdemeanors that have been filed in our court. We will handle each case in a timely manner with the most efficient and courteous service possible.
Class C Misdemeanors are criminal cases that are handled through a Municipal or Justice of the Peace Court. Cases handled are mostly traffic related but our court handles non-traffic, City of Conroe ordinances and juvenile School violations that occur within the Conroe city limits. These cases are considered class C because with the conviction of each case there is a fine only (no jail time is assessed upon conviction).
Click here to view a current warrant list. This list will be updated by 12:00 p.m. each day. Once a warrant is paid, it will not show cleared until the following business day.
ONLINE PAYMENTS NOW AVAILABLE!
The online payment application will be located on the City website under the "Online Services" link. We NO LONGER have a pay by phone system, but we do have a computer terminal available in the lobby area for customers to make online payments at the Conroe Municipal Court or at the Conroe Tower. For your convenience, the City accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for payments and deposits.
Please note that all credit card transactions made online will be assessed a convenience fee. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of our friendly Deputy Clerks at 936-522-3380.
